I had been 2 this location several years ago and was not impressed with the food always loved the patties though. My sister and I was in the neighborhood and I scrolled through the reviews, most of the old reviews were negative but after reading the more recent reviews I decided to stop in...
First I will say pack your patience because its packed inside, but the line moves pretty quickly.
That day we ordered oxtails, curry chicken, jerk chicken and brown stewed chicken dinners.
I must say everything was delicious with the exception of the jerk, not that it was horrible, but it was just alright. The dinners come with rice and peas, cabbage and plantains. All were very flavorful. We also ordered patties, spinach, spicy beef and mild beef they are really good. The employees were very nice and friendly. I will definitely visit this location again. -

Golden Krust is one of my go to spots whenever I need some good Jamaican food. I always get the rice/peas with brown stew chicken. They have a lunch special that is all day for only $5 and it comes with a drink. You can't beat that. The only thing is that it gets really packed and the line can be extremely long but it's worth it once you get your food. The staff there is nice and try to move the line as quickly as they can.. The brown stew chicken taste really good there. I tried it at another restaurant but it was not the same. The rice and peas are also really good. They accept cash and cards. They also have parking available. I would recommend anyone who wants to try good Jamaican food to go there and try it! You shouldn't be disappointed.

The Best of the Best when it comes to Authentic Jamaican food. If you arrival early the line is not so bad . But there is a line be prepared to wait for something good you can see being prepared before your eyes. Awesome food.

Good food I suppose if it is like the other Golden Crusts. This place is in the ghetto. No place to sit. They never answered any of my calls. The people who were buying food looked ghetto. It is very unclean. This review was from a Real Jamaican and not me.
